Hybrid mixed use building.

In this project a re-thinking of the urban and programmatic determination of Downtown Tempe in AZ occurs.  The main ideas for the 45,000 sf building were to engage with an existing building in the site and develop a hybrid program creating a viable architectural alternative for the evolution of Tempe.  The program consisted of a media/event space with a Black Box Theater, retail/café/bar, and office/production space.
